Benefits of Body Contouring with Vanquish ME

Do you struggle with unwanted fat in areas like the abdomen, thighs, or arms? Removing stubborn fat can be challenging, even with diet and exercise. That’s why many people turn to non-surgical fat removal. Vanquish ME is an advanced body-contouring technique that kills fat cells, leading to noticeable changes in your figure.

How Vanquish ME Works

Vanquish ME is a specific type of body contouring process. This FDA-approved procedure is designed to eliminate fat cells without ever touching the skin. Vanquish ME has a unique approach to apoptosis, a term that refers to the death of your fat cells.

How can you benefit from this revolutionary procedure? Vanquish ME uses radiofrequency that warms up the fat layer in the abdomen, arms, or thighs. The device is held less than one inch above the skin. The radiofrequency surpasses the skin and heats the fat cells. The radiofrequency doesn’t extend to the muscle below the fat layer.

As the temperature rises, the fat cells of the treated area slowly die. Afterward, dead fat cells are processed and eliminated through the lymphatic system, while cells that remain are reduced in size.

Vanquish ME is the only body contouring procedure that is completely contactless. It treats a large area all at one time, allowing our medical professionals to remove fat across an entire area with smooth, even results.

What Will Happen to the Fat Cells?

After the procedure, many of the fat cells in the treatment area will be destroyed and will need to be shed from the body. Dead cells can be broken down over time by scavenger cells.

Once the cells are no longer needed, they are filtered through the lymphatic system, the liver, and eventually flushed from your body.

Proper hydration allows the cells to pass through the body faster so that you can experience the full impact of your Vanquish ME treatment that much sooner.

The good news is that once fat cells go through apoptosis, they will never return again. Dead cells are flushed out from the body and do not regenerate. As long as you maintain a good diet and exercise regimen, the results that you see from treatment can be permanent.

Who Is a Good Candidate for Vanquish ME?

The ideal candidate will have a BMI ranging from 20 to 30. Even if your body mass index (BMI) is greater than 30, you can still benefit from Vanquish ME, however. Talk with our medical providers to discover whether Vanquish ME might be the right body contouring solution for your needs.

What to Expect During Vanquish ME Treatment

When you set up an appointment for a Vanquish ME procedure, our aesthetic medical team will have you lay down in the treatment room. Next, they’ll set up an adjustable panel that will hover about one inch above the skin. The device will release radiofrequency, heating troublesome fat cells in the treatment area while you relax.

Your treatment time may vary, based on the area being addressed. A Vanquish ME session usually takes about 45 minutes for the abdomen or 60 minutes to treat both thighs.

There is no downtime following the procedure. You can resume normal daily activities immediately after your appointment.

In most cases, you’ll need to schedule more than one session to see the best benefits. Most patients receive one session weekly for a total of six weeks for optimal results.

Preparing for Vanquish ME

There are a few things you need to do to make the most of your Vanquish ME treatment. The first is to ensure that you are hydrated. In the two to three days leading up to your appointment, prioritize drinking enough water. You should consume a minimum of two liters of water each day if possible.

During your six weeks of treatment, remaining hydrated is equally important for the health of your skin. Proper hydration allows radiofrequency to move more easily through the body in a targeted treatment. Drinking enough water will also help to remove fat cells from the body after the treatment ends.

Because hydration is so important, you should avoid any activities that could lead to dehydration leading up to your appointment. This can include heavy exercise sessions at the gym or hot yoga classes.

Results from Vanquish ME Treatment

Once you have received your treatment, what can you expect to see? The most obvious and exciting change is a reduction in the circumference of your abdomen or thighs. The number of inches that an individual patient may be able to shrink will depend on their body mass index (BMI) and other personal factors.

However, it is normal for patients to lose approximately two inches off of their waist circumference or roughly one to two inches from their thighs. Consider taking before and after pictures to show the difference these inches can make!
