Customize Your Skin Care With a Diamond Glow Facial

When you have a busy schedule, it can be hard to find time to take care of your skin. After a while, your skin can start to look dull, and you may start noticing more fine lines, dark marks, wrinkles, and sagging skin. At Exclusively Radiant MedSpa, we can help you bring the glow back to your skin and give you some time to pamper yourself with our Diamond Glow treatments.

What is Diamond Glow?

Diamond Glow is more than just a facial. It uses cutting-edge technology to deliver three different treatments to your skin at the same time. All of the Diamond Glow benefits are performed with a signature wand. This wand has a diamond-encrusted tip and includes components that provide light suction to clean pores, deliver serum to the skin, and exfoliate to remove dead skin cells.

What Are the Diamond Glow Benefits?

Exfoliation

Skin dullness can come from having a layer of dead skin cells covering your new skin. Exfoliation removes the dead skin and anything else that may be stubbornly clinging to the outer layer of your skin. Diamond Glow offers skin resurfacing through exfoliation to reveal the healthier skin underneath.

Extraction

Dirt, oil, bacteria, and other debris can collect in your pores. A gentle vacuum on the Diamond Glow wand will extract this unwanted material from your pores.

Infusion

While the wand exfoliates and extracts your skin, it is also continuously delivering serum to your skin. Because your pores are open and dead skin is removed, your pores are much more able to take in the serum. Your skin will absorb up to 70% of the serum that is delivered to your skin during the process.

Customizing Your Serum

Our Diamond Glow facials include the use of medical-grade Pro-Infusion Serums from SkinMedica. The combination of these serums can be completely customized to fit your skin type and match your skin concerns. All of these serums are free from sulfates, sulfites, parabens, and fragrances, so you get all the benefits without the unwelcome add-ons. Here are the serums that we will help you choose from:

Anti-Aging Serum

Skin Medica TNS Advanced+ targets wrinkles, sagging skin, and wrinkles. It can be used around the eyes and mouth or anywhere on your body to make your skin feel more youthful.

Hydrating Serum

If you want a good maintenance serum that can help keep your skin healthy and moisturized, our Hyaluronic Acid serum from SkinMedica is a good choice. It contains 5 different hyaluronic acids and it can hydrate your skin, fill in wrinkles, and plump your skin.

Skin Brightening Serum

The skin brightening serum can help to reduce the appearance of dark marks or uneven coloration. This serum contains Lumixyl peptide which can brighten your skin.

Vitamin C Serum

The use of vitamin C on your skin can help your skin produce more collagen and elastin which can make your skin firmer and smoother. The Vitamin C serum used in our Diamond Glow treatments can help to jumpstart the process.

Pore Clarifying Serum

If you struggle with acne, we may recommend using the Pore Clarifying serum on your acne-prone skin. It can help to interrupt the process of breakouts by clarifying your pores and giving them time to heal.

Customizing the Diamond Glow Tip

Our Diamond Glow wands come with several different tips so that we can customize your facial even more. They come in different levels of grit. Several different tips can be used during the same treatment while we target different areas. If you are having a facial done, we will use a softer tip on the lips and around the eyes. A harder tip will provide more exfoliation and is perfect for less sensitive areas.

What Can You Do to Keep the Glow Going?

Before you come in for a Diamond Glow treatment, you’ll want to stay out of direct sunlight for one week. To keep your skin glowing, you’ll want to have the same precaution after the treatment, too. Your skin will be more sensitive from the exfoliation so it will be more prone to sunburn. If you do go outside, make sure to apply sunscreen to protect your skin.

You should also stay away from harsh cleansers for the first week after treatment. This can include any cleansers that contain salicylic acid. Use gentle cleansers and light moisturizers. If you want to take your treatment a step further, you can ask us about a take-home regimen that coincides with your skin’s needs.

Is Diamond Glow Only for the Face?

Diamond Glow is not just a facial treatment. It can be used on the entire body to help with a long list of skin conditions and complaints. Here are some of the areas and conditions that may benefit from this treatment:

Neck and Décolletage: Diamond Glow can be used on the neck and upper chest to help firm the skin and reduce wrinkles.

Upper Arms and Legs: One of the most common complaints for the skin on the legs and upper arms is Keratosis Pilaris. This condition causes tiny little bumps and dry skin that you can find in these areas. While this condition doesn’t normally cause discomfort, you may wish that your skin was smoother in these areas.

Stretch Marks: If you have stretch marks on your legs, stomach, or breasts, the treatment can be used to minimize the appearance of your stretch marks.

Cellulite Treatment: It is common to have cellulite on your thighs. Diamond Glow can be used as a cellulite treatment wherever you may need it.

Body Acne Treatment: Acne doesn’t just happen on the face. It can also be common on the back, chest, and other areas. Diamond Glow can be used as an acne treatment in all of these locations.
