Founded, operated and managed by Tamika Lindsey, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally started as Exclusive Wellness & Aesthetics PLLC in 2016 which quickly blossomed and required an in office space and expansion of services. In January 2019 the brand that was known for providing “The Exclusive Experience” in your home or office expanded to Exclusively Radiant MedSpa. Now known as Pearland’s Premier MedSpa. Here at Exclusively Radiant MedSpa our goal is to enhance both men and woman natural beauty. We want to assist you with aging gracefully all while providing you with “The Exclusive Experience”. We offer a customized approach to help you love what you see in the mirror. Exclusive Radiant MedSpa is an Allergan Top 500 provider in the United States, BTL HIFEM Center, Houston Chronicle Best of 2020 MedSpa Finalist and Facial Winner, just to name a few.

Our Board Certified Nurse Practitioner provides non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau & Daxxify. Soft Tissue Fillers such as Juvederm, RHA Collection, Radiesse, Belotero & Sculptra, fat dissolvers such as Kybella, skin rejuvenating and corrective microneedling with SkinPen, and EMtone® for Cellulite treatment. In addition to IV Vitamins, Sclerotherapy for spider veins, our Licensed Esthetician offers a variety of customizable Men & Women Facials, Chemical Peels, Laser Face and Body treatments with Aerolase Neo Elite, Sciton & More. We also offer Weight Loss Programs & Body Contouring provided with EMSCULPT NEO® or Vanquish ME®. Pelvic Floor Strengthening for the treatment of stress, urge incontinence and sexual dysfunction for men and woman with EMsella ®. Vaginal Rejuvenation with EMfemme 360 ®, as well as Hormone Replacement Therapy with Biote ®.  The procedures offered at Exclusive Radiant MedSpa are researched, demoed and proven to deliver results. TAMIKA LINDSEY MS, APRN, FNP-C

Owner, Advanced Practice Cosmetic Injector

Tamika Lindsey is a highly accomplished Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has dedicated her career to providing exceptional healthcare. Born and raised in Houston, Tamika earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2003. She embarked on her nursing journey by joining the Methodist Hospital ICU in Houston, where she gained invaluable experience in critical care.

Seeking new challenges, Tamika became a travel nurse and had the privilege of working in esteemed emergency rooms and ICUs across the United States. Her journey even brought her to the prestigious Duke University ICU. Inspired to further advance her skills and knowledge, she returned to Texas Woman’s University, earning her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010.
With a total of 20 years of experience, Tamika has worked in various fields of healthcare, including Internal and Family Medicine. However, her passion ultimately led her to specialize in Emergency Medicine and Aesthetics. Tamika has become widely recognized in the industry, earning the nickname “GlamNP713” and the title of Glam Nurse Practitioner of Houston, bestowed upon her by her grateful clientele.
Tamika’s expertise in aesthetics extends to being a certified and acclaimed Master Injector in various injectables such as Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Daxxify, and Dermal Fillers like Juvederm and RHA Collection. Additionally, she is highly skilled in skin rejuvenation treatments, including medical chemical peels, diamond glow facials, microneedling, PDO Threads, EMface, Exilis skin tightening, and facial and body laser treatments with Aerolase and Sciton devices that cater to all skin types. She is also well-versed in body contouring techniques using BTL devices like EMsculpt NEO, cellulite treatments with Emtone, Sculptra, or Radiesse, and vaginal rejuvenation with EMfemme 360. Tamika also offers Hormone Replacement Therapy with Biote, ensuring holistic care for her patients.
Not content with her achievements, Tamika developed her own private skincare line, Exclusively Radiant Skincare, which has garnered immense popularity among her clients. Her exceptional work has earned her several prestigious accolades, including being awarded as the Best Nurse Injector by The Aesthetics Academy and becoming a finalist for Best Before & After Facial Injectable by The Aesthetic Academy in Newport Beach, CA. Her clients have also recognized her as the RealSelf 2017 Most Loved Injector. Moreover, she has been honored as one of D-Mars Top 50 Health, Wellness & Medical Professionals in Houston, just to name a few of her many accomplishments.
Tamika’s influence in the aesthetics field extends beyond her successful practice. She serves as a National trainer for Allergan Aesthetics and Revance Aesthetics, imparting her knowledge and skills to fellow professionals. She is also a BTL Aesthetics Luminary and National Speaker, spreading her expertise on a larger platform. Tamika is a proud member and presenter of the International Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses. Her clients hold her in high regard, testament to her unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care in the aesthetics industry.
When she’s not attending conferences and trainings to stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare treatments and techniques, Tamika cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, indulging in a good book, and, of course, shopping.
